Fried Rice Thai Style
Here is an easy way to make fried rice.
The ingredients are:
Rice
1 Egg
sugar ( to taste )
1 medium onion chopped
2 Green Onion chopped
2 clove of Garlic chopped fine
2 table spoons of Fish Sauce ( to taste )
2 table spoons of Soy Sauce ( to taste )
5 stocks of Cilantro chopped
1 medium carrot chopped
chicken and shrimp
Lime and Cucumber
Canola Oil

Here is a picture of the ingredients for you. All is cooked over a high heat
in your wok. Always stir constantly to keep from burning.
