2 eggs
3 to 4 cloves of chopped garlic
3 dried mushrooms soaked in water and chopped
2 table spoons chopped salt radish
9 oz rice noodles
2 to 3 table spoons Pad Thai sauce
2 to 3 cups bean sprouts
1 cup garlic chives
1 to 2 cups of shrimp to your liking
2 table spoons Fish Sauce
2 table spoons of Soy Sauce
2 tea spoons of Palm or regular sugar
Instead of using bought sauce you can make your own. You will need the following..
1/2 cup fish sauce
1/2 cup Tamarine sour soap base
1 and 1/2 table spoons palm sugar ( regular sugar will work )
1 table spoon ground roasted peanut
1/2 table spoon chopped salt radish
1 table spoon shrimp powder
Mix fish sauce, Tamarine and sugar and heat with medium heat till boiling
Then add the rest ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.

Here is the finished dish ready to enjoy.
You can add more bean sprouts to really give it more crunch
and add some lime juice to taste, and a little cilantro.
