25 Thai chillies dried or fresh
1 root of Turmeric or 1 teaspoon of powder
6 to 8 cloves of garlic
1 or 2 small red onions
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 tablespoon of shrimp paste
Grind all together until it is well mixed up
1/2 of a pineapple
8 to 12 fresh water shrimp cleaned
2 tablespoons of tamerine concentrate
1/2 to 1 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoon or to taste fish sauce
1/2 to 1 lime juice
